Shipping Policy
Production Time
- T-shirts, mugs, and other 2D-printed products: 1–3 business days
- All-over print (AOP) products: 2–6 business days
Shipping Time (U.S.)
- Standard shipping: 4–7 business days after production
- Shipping times may vary during holidays or peak demand
International Shipping
- We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
- Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.
Returns & Refunds
At The50, every item is made-to-order with care. Because of this, we do not accept returns for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.
30-Day Return Window
We accept return or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Return Reasons
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- The product has a printing error or manufacturing defect
Return Method
Returns are handled by mail. In most approved cases involving defects or incorrect items, a physical return may not be required. Our support team will provide instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
If the issue is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we cover the replacement cost.
If a return shipment is required for inspection, instructions will be provided by our team.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Important Notes
- Since all products are custom-printed, exact colors may slightly differ from the product images shown on our website.
- Lost packages caused by incorrect addresses entered by the customer cannot be refunded. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control.
